It“s time to introduce our most premium product line yet! The Ultim8HP Series!

TheĀ Ultim8HPĀ bellhousing kits features a brand new billet bellhousing in high grade aluminum for your 8HP transmission. The new bellhousing integrates the engine bolt pattern directly so no need for an intermediate adapter. The conceptual idea is that you simply cut off your current 8HP bellhousing and replace it with the new billet bellhousing. There are several benefits using this technique, you can use a cheap transmission which normally comes with a big physical bellhousing and switch it to an engine adapted size. The overall length of the transmission usually gets shorter than with an ordinary adapter kit.

Next product to get theĀ Ultim8HP BellhousingĀ is the Chevy LS/LT/SB/BB engine families. Our fullĀ Ultim8HPĀ kit will feature the bellhousing itself, new billet flexplate with integrated ring gear, new bolts, o-rings and seals. Everything required to make this swap. There is also a complete Supra MKIV kit availalbe featuring the entire crossmember assembly.

Does this replace all our current adapter kits? Short answer,Ā NO!Ā This product line is aimed for those where space is an extremely limited factor and where modifying the transmission tunnel is not an option.

TheĀ Ultim8HPĀ bellhousing has cross-functional features for gen 1, 2 and 3 8HP Transmission. Its currently supporting both BMW and Dodge transmission with flat mounting surfaced converters. BMW 8HP70/75 with curved converter (N63 N74) is currently not supported, Dodge RAM Ecodiesel is not supported at the moment.Ā For generation 2 and 3 transmissions a separate spacer part is required to get the correct converter ofset.

TheĀ Ultim8HPĀ bellhousingĀ comes in a sandblasted finished and anodized gray to match the apperance and surface of the casted casing.

NOTE! To be able to use a Gen2/Gen3 transmission with converter you will need a spacer addon, which will be available as a separate item

Support for BMW and Dodge 8HP90/95 will come as a separate product later this year.

The Chevy LS/LT/SB/BB Ultim8HP Bellhousing kit comes packed with:

  • Chevy LS/LT/SB/BBĀ Ultim8HPĀ Bellhousing
  • Chevy LS/LT/SB/BBĀ Ultim8HPĀ Billet flexplate with integrated starter ring gear (flywheel bolts included), available initially only for LS engines with 6 or 8-bolt crankshafts. SB and BB to come at a later stage.
  • Crankshaft center guide bushing to support BMW and Dodge converters. Different sizes available.
  • Pre-installed new bearings and seals (Genuine ZF)
  • NewĀ TitaniumĀ bolts (OEM+) and dowty seals for the oil pump housing
  • New bolts for the oil pump
  • New bolts to mountĀ Ultim8HPĀ to your Chevy LS/LT/SB/BB engineĀ 
  • New input shaft o-ring
  • Input shaft cover (used when cutting the bellhousing)
