E36 Manual Trans Cross Member
Ā Ā The stock aluminum transmission cross member is just fine if you just street drive your car, by they can break if you start to run hard, or even have a lot of miles on them.
Ā Ā We've designed two versions, both formed from one piece of steel in a plate type cross member to be a direct bolt in. One version is for OEM replacement, the other is for JZ swaps with the BMW transmssion adapted on, both have added slotting for a bit of adjustment.
Ā Ā Made from 1/4" laser cut steel, formed and powder coated, you'll be able to run your car hard and not worry anymore, for ever.
Ā We've also included new bolting hardware for the bracket to the chassis to make the install a bit easier.
Urethane trans mounts not included with cross member.
