OVERVIEW

The Garagistic Billet M50 ICV Plug is the ideal ICV delete solution for anyone doing a turbo conversion on their M50 engine. Most turbo and high horsepower applications require the use of an aftermarket catch can or air oil separator setup, so this billet plug will close the opening in the intake manifold and get rid of the factory ICV system.

The included O-ring ensures a secure and tight fit, providing an air-tight seal that eliminates any leaks or airflow restrictions.

• 3 Series: (1991-1993) E36 320i, (1991-1995) E36 325i, (1995) E36 M3
• 5 Series: (1989-1992) E34 520i/is, (1991-1992) E34 525i
• Swap Fitment: Can also be used on M50 manifold-swapped Vehicles

INSTALL

• With the throttle body removed from the intake manifold, gently tap the new billet tube/plug into the manifold
• In some cases, more force may be required. Use a C clamp and a piece of plastic/wood block on either side to press the billet tube/plug into the manifold.
• Use the supplied high-temp zip-tie to secure onto the manifold
  • Our zip-tie is rated specifically for high temperature resistance, other zip-ties may not be susceptible to under-hood temperatures
