Toyota Urethane Trans Mount - Series 5
If you're going to do an early manual transmission swap into a later model chassis, you'll have a problem with the lower 4 stud pattern on the transmission mount fitting into the later style aluminum cross member.
We've made these hybrid mounts to adapt the smaller early style upper transmission pattern like aĀ MK3 Supra to theĀ wider bottom pattern typical to theĀ MK4 Supra, SC300/400 and newer cars.
The bottom mount plate also has some adjustment with the slotting we've added but this does require you drill a 1 1/2" hole in the center of the cross member with a hole saw to clear the center nut. This mount does NOT directly bolt to late model cross members.
