Mercedes Aluminum Subframe bushings - Fits W201, W124, W202, W208
Product Overview
We now offer our aluminum subframe bushings for your Mercedes! These subframe bushings come in both 80A poly and aluminum for W201, W124, W202, and W208. Our polyurethane 80a bushings are our iconic "red" mounts, while our aluminum versions come bare. Poly is a great option for those who autocross their 190e, as well as those who have street-performance W201 models that will see the track once or twice a year. Our Poly mounts are slightly stiffer than OEM, kind of like an OEM+ if you will. They mount the rear W201 subframe to the chassis removing most flex from the suspension. Pair these up with our 190e subframe core exchange (or weld them yourself here), and get the rear spring perch bushings and you get everything you need to do the job right the first time! Our aluminum versions are made of 6061 aluminum. They are for the ultimate track vehicle and will never need to be replaced again. However, they will cause more NVH. Poly units Include aluminum sleeves.
Comes with a lifetime warranty. Fits W201, W124, W202, and W208 These replace OEM part numbers (please double check yours before ordering):
- Front bushings 1243500341 (Previous Revisions:W01331614000, Cross Reference: 1097901, A1243500341)
- Rear bushing 1243506408
Fitment
Fits the following Benz:

-
CLK430 1999-2003 W208
-
CLK55 AMG 2001-2002 W208
-
E300 1995 W124
Notes on Hardware:
Make sure the hardware is long enough. Lots of different bolts came on various W201s. Might need to use an m12 washer on some cars. Could also replace the hardware with fully threaded ones there is a lot of engagement. The car is threaded a lot so its some good security. In every situation, you should use the original oversized washers.
Notes on Installation:
All subframes age differently. Sheet metal moves and some bushings will fit easier than others. Being that they are aluminum, we didn't want them to be difficult to install so they are on the smaller side. If this is the case in your particular subframe, don't worry, this is ok because when the subframe is tightened it will be pushed deeper into the slightly tapered bore on the subframe effectively making the bushing tight in there. TLDR: Don't worry if it's loose, when you "send it" to the car it will be tight.
